Summary/Abstract: The article presents an overview of the decision of the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection of November 22, 2022 in case XVII Amz 92/22 dismissing the searched person's complaint against the search activities, regarding the compliance of the obtained evidence with the subject scope of the search, the possibility of recording the search activities by the searched person ( including from the point of view of the protection of third parties on the side of the searchers) and disruption of the functioning of the searched person by securing the necessary equipment and access to e-mail. The provision may be important from the point of view of the right to defend in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
