Duties of insurers related to insurance on someone else’s account

Summary/Abstract: The article contains an analysis of several issues connected with disclosure obligations related to insur- ance on someone else’s account and group insurance. These problems should be looked at from a new perspective in connection with the entry into force of the Insurance and Reinsurance Activity Act. In the new law the insurer’s pre-contractual disclosure obligations are regulated specifically in the case of the insurance contract on someone else’s account and group insurance.
