Summary/Abstract: Aim: The aim of this study on healthcare workers is to determine the mediating role of leader – member interaction in the effect of a positive voice on turnover intention. Method: The population of the study consists of 450 healthcare professionals working in a private hospital in İstanbul. In order to construct the validity of the scales and the data obtained from the research Explanatory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were conducted, and the goodness-of-fit gave positive results. According to the measurement model, the structural equation model (SEM) was applied to determine the main dimension and sub -dimension relation correlation analysis conducted. Finding: According to the results obtained in the study; while the positive vocalization dimension affects the intention to leave the job in a statistically negative way by 42.1%, the positive vocalization dimension significantly affects the leader-member interaction positively by 39%. On the other hand, the leader-member interaction dimension negatively affects the intention to leave the job by 33%. Conclusion:. In the research, it was concluded that the intention to leave the job would decrease as the positive voice behavior in the health sector increases. At the same time, it is seen that the sincerity of the relationship with the leaders of the employees in sharing their ideas makes a significant contribution to the intention to leave.
