Summary/Abstract: The work aims to investigate how companies can effectively manage the organizational culture by implementing appropriate business policies. Organizational culture is considered one of the key segments of organizational success. Its influence on the behavior of the human factor in the work process is very important. Organizational culture directs and defines everyday behavior as well as activities of people in an organization. The paper considers the concept, elements and classification of organizational culture. Besides, ways of creating and keeping of organizational structure are also analyzed.
