Controversial aspects of court practice regarding voluntary intervention

Summary/Abstract: Voluntary intervention is not without controversies in the law enforcement process, a series of problems appear in judicial practice, of which we will address only three issues in detail, namely the need for the main intervention to be formulated adversarially with all the initial parties from the process, what is understood by the justified interest of the accessory intervener or what is the object of the accessory voluntary intervention in the legal appeals. This analysis proves that even legal institutions that enjoy relative legislative stability can give rise to different interpretations in practice, any debate being welcome.
