Summary/Abstract: Development of the restorative justice concept is one of teh most important achievements of criminal justice which preoccupies theoreticians and practitioner's attention. Definition, concept and basic principles of restorative justice as well, are presented in this study, in same time including certain aspects of the corresponding application, especially in juvenile justice context and restorative justice in prisons.
