Summary/Abstract: The study aims to investigate human-centered design methodology in the service sector through the application of design-focused thinking. The research provides a comprehensive definition of design, encompassing various facets, including its historical origins and its role in problem-solving and innovation. Design thinking is introduced as a problem-solving method that utilizes designers' skills, processes, and thinking to address complex issues in various domains, encouraging creativity and experimentation. The paper discusses a range of design methods and tools that facilitate the innovation process within design thinking, highlighting their practical relevance. The study employs a qualitative data, using unstructured interviews, and a case study approach for emphasizing its utility for gaining in-depth insights into real-world scenarios, The research introduces a research hypothesis: "Design-focused thinking has a positive impact on innovative thought." Which is supported with illustrating the relationships between the key variables and generated positive outcomes.
