Summary/Abstract: This research was conducted to examine the effects of school administrators' communication with parents on school culture in the context of the concept of instructional leadership. Rapidly changing and developing communication technologies have also affected the shaping of school administrators' instructional leadership behaviors. Today, the parent-teacher relationship is replaced by the parent-school administrator relationship. The fact that communication technologies narrow the boundaries between people also manifests itself in the education sector. It is noteworthy that school administrators, who were seen as the first person to go to regarding problems in previous years, are now seen as the first person to contact for most student-related problems. In this study, data obtained by scanning method and semi-structured interview technique were used.
