Summary/Abstract: They may encounter many problems while continuing their school life. In order for the school to achieve its goals, these suggestions must produce solutions. These central school administrations try to find solutions in order to eliminate these gaps. Since schools are constantly confronted with their problems, there will always be a need for school management who will find a solution according to these assumptions. This research, on the other hand, is a related research based on the fact that they were educated together with primary and secondary school. This executive group consists of 24 administrators working in Sultangazi District of Istanbul Province. After applying the semi-interview questions to be developed by the researcher, the expert interview method analysis was carried out with the content analysis method.
