Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the challenges that young and inexperienced school administrators face with teachers with different levels of experience and their methods of coping with these challenges. Typically, a school has a school principal, vice-principal and teachers. There are certain rules and guidelines for the appointment and assignment of principals and vice principals. These leaders may experience problems with teachers with different levels of experience in their assigned schools. The participants of this study consisted of 10 school administrators (3 female and 7 male) working in public schools. The implementation and data collection process of the study was carried out between May 1- 30, 2023. In the study, a semi-structured questionnaire form developed by the researcher, whose validity and reliability were ensured, was used. The findings of the research show that school principals or assistant principals experience communication problems in the assigned schools, some teachers show resistance to them and are closed to changes, and they encounter teachers who want to use technology reluctantly or reluctantly.
