Summary/Abstract: A house with an atrium was unearthed as a result of the archaeological excavations completed on Parcel 779-14, one of the parcels that were rebuilt in accordance with the 'Conservation Revision Zoning Plan', which was approved by the decision of the Antalya Regional Board for the Protection of Cultural Assets dated 19.03.2013 and numbered 1497 and finalized by the decision dated 17.02.2014 and numbered 2424, and implemented in the village of Side. The 2nd century AD was determined as the terminus post quem for the construction and first use of the house with atrium. The archaeological excavations also yielded samples that contribute to the ancient ceramic form repertoire of Side. The Cilician Type 1 amphorae, which constitute a small group within this form repertoire, are the subject of this study. The aim of this study is to add Side examples to the distribution areas of the amphora type in question, and to make comments on the commercial activities of Side in the ancient period based on these example.
