Summary/Abstract: Purpuse – The article deals with topics including liquidity management in a corporate group. The need to manage financial liquidity in the enterprise is due to the fact that having financial liquidity is necessary to ensure the continuity of the business entity. At the same time, maintaining a certain level of fi nancial liquidity in the enterprise is associated with the need to have a certain level of cash in order to be able to smoothly settle current financial obligations. The issue of ensuring financial liquidity concerns both large and small enterprises, where in the case of complex organizational structures, of which capital groups are an example, managing financial liquidity is much more difficult. Thus, the research problem presented in the article refers to companies functioning as capital groups, while the purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate the use of cash pooling structure in liquidity management on the example of capital groups - non-financial companies listed in the WIG20 index on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Methodology – The study used literature analysis, critical analysis of the literature, as well as descriptive method and logical inference as research methods. Findings – Based on the results of the research, it can be noted that non-financial companies included in the WIG20 listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange that are capital groups often use the cash pooling structure in liquidity management, which allows primarily to reduce the need for external financial resources, reduce financial costs and optimize the cash at the company's disposal.
