The motivation of the state administration employees

Summary/Abstract: Public administration has a key importance and direct influence on the way of life of organized society. It is created to implement state policies and to serve the society.For the successful implementation of a policy in the public sector, resources are needed - material, financial, human, etc. Human resource management, which is correlative to the management of all other resources, occupies a key place in the foundation of effective and efficient governance. Despite the administrative reforms carried out in recent years, problems persist in the field of human resource management in the public administration, some of which stem from the insufficient attention paid to the causes of persistent turnover and improving the motivation of civil servants.
