Summary/Abstract: Today, the information and communication space is filled with elements of different cultures and, therefore, has almost limitless possibilities of influencing the living world of each person as well as his place in the information and computer environment. And therefore, it is able to transform the valuesemantic systems that form the basis of the individual’s worldview. According to it`s information content, the informational virtual space is the most complex in comparison with others (mythological, religious, etc.). This space, formed in the conditions of the network culture, is formed as a result of the interaction of many people. At the same time, the media environment seems to “absorb” a person. As a result, thanks to the mechanisms of network self-organization, the behavior and activity of a person changes beyond the information and communication world – in the socio-cultural space, the individual’s consciousness is influenced, as a result of which his perception of the real world changes.
