ECO-INNOVATION IN SUSTAINABILITY TRANSFORMATION AND INTERNAL COMPANY DYNAMICS TRIGGERING ECO-INNOVATION DECISIONS

Summary/Abstract: Compared to the studies on the effect of external dynamics in the literature, there is still uncertainty about the internal company dynamics that trigger ecoinnovation. This research, which is carried out to eliminate this uncertainty, aims to identify and explain the internal company dynamics that reveal eco-innovation decisions. The qualitative research method was preferred to realize the research purpose and to answer the question of what are the internal company dynamics that stimulate eco-innovation decisions. According to the research findings carried out within the scope of the systematic literature review, ecoinnovation diffusion depends primarily on its strategic approach and its support with R&D and human resources. Research outputs are significant in creating appropriate internal conditions for eco-innovation decisions, disseminating, and raising awareness thus increasing the performance of enterprises in sustainability management.
