Summary/Abstract: The use of Artificial Intelligence in the field of law is a reality. The aim of this study is to analyse its use in this field, and especially its impact on legal decision-making. To do so, we will carry out a descriptive analysis of its use in this field, in order to determine whether AI acts as a support tool in legal decision-making, or whether it becomes a new source for generating legal decisions. In addition, we will learn about the cognitive and logical processes involved in legal decision-making and test whether AI will be able to process them
