Summary/Abstract: Over the years, organ harvesting has been a topic of great importance, debated by legislators from all over the world. Thus, normative acts were adopted in this sense, aimed at combating the illegal commercialization of organs, a matter encountered, especially, in the state with a mediocre culture.
