Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of the report is to prove, with historical facts and scientific arguments, that the idea of creating a Bulgarian military academy is not the fruit of someone’s imagination and a thoughtless move by ambitious soldiers, but is the result of long-term work of the most prepared and knowledgeable Bulgarian officers. Training in foreign military academies and the development of military literature in Bulgaria were followed. The need to establish a Bulgarian military academy has been justified.
