Participation of individuals and private legal persons in Romania in the system of actions and appeals of the Court of Justice of the European Union

Summary/Abstract: Individuals and private legal persons inRomania have been before the Court of Justice of theEuropean Union in numerous cases, either directly -through actions for annulment, actions for failure to act,actions by officials of the European Union and appeals- or indirectly, through preliminary questions. In thecourse of this study, we will first present the specificfeatures of each of these actions in order to identify hownatural and legal persons in Romania have alreadybenefited from these procedural means made availableto them by the European Union judicial system.
