Summary/Abstract: In the preamble of this newly-introduced section, aimed at highlighting some practical recommendations for the application of the tax provisions, in relation to the various questions and problems arising in professional practice, we bring to your attention that they represent the opinion of the author who designed them, as a lecturer of the Chamber of Tax Consultants course on the subject, and not the position of the Chamber of Tax Consultants, as a professional organisation.
