Interakcyjne uwarunkowania procesu stawania się ofiarą mobbingu
Mobbing as an interaction.

Summary/Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to present some aspects of mobbing from the symbolic interactionist standpoint. In the centre of my analyses are interactions between mobber and victim but also including interactions between both of them and the other co-workers. The conclusions presented in this paper base on my research conducted in years 2004 – 2007. I used qualitative methods, the technique of narrative interview toward victims and semi structured interview toward specialists who professionally take care of mobbing victims. The conceptual and analytical work base on grounded theory assumptions.
