Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to present assessment of territorial concentration of selected vari- ables which are characteristic for insured persons and beneficiaries who belong to the farm- ers' social insurance system. The territorial analysis carried out on the basis of the Gini index and Gini location index enabled identification of irregularities in the system. Another impor- tant issue raised in the article is an answer to the question as to which of the variables characteristic for farmers' social insurance system (KRUS) show an increased territorial dis- tribution. The research showed that beneficiaries can be divided into three groups with various degrees of territorial concentration. The lowest degree of concentration was noticed in the case of persons who receive benefits in whose case irregularities are rather uncommon, these are: old-age pensions, maternity benefit and funeral allowance. The second group consisted of persons who collected ben- efits in whose case there may be certain irregularities when they are paid out, these are: disability pension, sickness benefit and accident indemnity. In the last group, the highest concentration was observed for those insured at someone else's request and household members.
