Summary/Abstract: The financial instruments, based on the insurance obligations, traded on the free financial market are able to increase the market competition and rationalize reinsurance prices. For long time their introduction was resisted by the difficulties to understand their complex construction (especially – swaps, and options). New obstacles ware crated by the financial cri- sis, provided to exaggerated cautions in this instruments utilization. Nevertheless in case of financial market instrument connected to insurance business, such caution hasn't any back- ground. No any connection between these instruments and the global deep system imba- lance is evidenced. The crisis was caused by the irresponsibility of the market surveyors and using on to large scale full another instruments. The utility of the market instruments based on insurances contract was not questioned.
