Summary/Abstract: As a matter of pure accident, according to the author of a catalogue of medieval manuscripts in a university library in Torun, there is a copy of a court verdict in a dispute over a parish benefice of a common parish church in the central Bohemia. The whole collection is basically a torso from old collections of the Teutonic Knights Order in Königsberg (today Kaliningrad). Its author published incipit and explicit of the manuscript that represent a seemingly trivial matter, yet the date of the verdict, i. e. 1328, make it an interesting evidence of a rather early written administration on the lowest levels of the church structure, its content is interesting too. However, it is impossible to draw general conclusions from it. The verdict is pronounced under involvement of prominent Prague clergy and as witnesses serve also lay persons. The author provides a concise commentary and then the edition of the document. As a consequence of its bad state, some minor ambiguities remain.
