Summary/Abstract: In a world dominated by computer and internet, the citizen has become journalist, fact which could be extremely valuable to the democracy, if it had not noxious aspects. The science and technology have made significant progress in the field of communication and, under these circumstances, the military, citizens in uniform, benefit and suffer, at the same time, from the privileges brought and the prejudice caused by democracy. The journalism has become a privileged exception to personal data protection rules and it can be a shield for aberration and toxins. Even with an improved legislation in the future, there will be negative phenomena in journalism. The mankind cannot fight something working as an implacable force of (human) nature – the lack of knowledge and malevolence.
