Summary/Abstract: Boarding operations are part of maritime interdiction operations. These operations are complex as an organization that they are carried out on a ship, which according to international law imposes a number of restrictions, but with the correct use of the legal-normative base also gives a number of advantages to the military and law enforcement authorities.
