Summary/Abstract: Information directly acts as a resource that has a special economic value in the conditions of the market economy and the globalization of economic relations. Moreover, the digitalization of the social sphere is impossible without applying the principles of systems thinking. The goal of the article is to determine how the use of special software and the transition from a district orientation to an extraterritorial principle enables digitalization of the social sphere and transfer the majority of services to the online environment, thereby increasing the speed of providing services related to personal appeals of citizens by social security workers.
