Summary/Abstract: In this study, we present a theological and philosophical perspective on the relationships between consciousness, knowledge and ambiguity. Normally we explore knowledge and define it with the methods and languages historically constructed by philosophy and, more recently, by cognitive psychology. From a philosophical and psychological point of view, we therefore speak of empirical knowledge and rational knowledge. Today's man, especially academic culture, has difficulty integrating or deliberately bypasses theological thought and mystical thought, the thought of the Christian and Jewish traditions, which lead us to revealed knowledge. After defining consciousness, through the thought of Saint Paul in particular, we try to show the power of love, the value of revealed knowledge and how it changes the precarious human conscience and the inner man.
