Organizational-legal mechanism regarding the social adaptation of persons released from detention

Summary/Abstract: A successful social reintegration of detainees depends on a wide range of factors, with biological, psychological and social determinants.The above factors have an essential and decisive impact, and as a result may generate the adaptation or social maladaptation of the people concerned. Social adaptation is achieved through the action of assimilation by people released from detention of information, standards and requirements, rules that are accepted by the society and considered admissible in the social environment.Therefore, in cases where detainees encounter difficulties in adapting and accepting prosocial principles, there are problems of their reintegration which are manifested by various types of behavior and result in the failure of such persons to be admitted by the society.
