Summary/Abstract: In the doctrine of criminal law, the subject and the subjective side of the crime are considered indispensable, inherent and strictly necessary elements for the existence of the crime. The subject of the crime is recognized the person who committed a certain act prohibited by law by action or inaction, and is liable for those committed. Numerous scientific works are dedicated to the subjective side of the crime and its individual characteristics.
