Summary/Abstract: The present research is meant to identify and examine the bases of removing a person from criminal investigation and of ceasing any procedural actions against this person. Additionally, another aspect of the research refers to the rehabilitation and the resettlement of the rights of the person, and the regulatory framework that regulates the repairs of the prejudice caused by the actions of the criminal investigation body.
