Summary/Abstract: According to the legal provisions, the criminal investigation is a phase whose content and performance are strictly limited to the achievement of the purpose and norms of this phase, of the criminal procedure, which must also follow the observance and application of the protection of personal data in the criminal process and through the interference between access parties to the file materials and the opportunity to protect personal data. Thus said, the application of criminal procedures must thus be designed and built taking into account the principles of the regulations in force on the protection of personal data and provide guarantees for data protection, but also to use the highest possible privacy settings in a way predetermined. The present presentation will be a presentation on the identification and implementation of procedural safeguards for the protection of personal data related to the interference between the parties’ access to file materials and the opportunity to protect personal data.
