Role of Existential Experience in Solving Current Humanitarian Crisis

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problem of contemporary humanitarian crisis whose resolution suggests the return to the existential foundations of the absolute. The connection “individual-being” reveals from its point of view the original integrity of perception. A special emphasis is put on the importance of existential experience in the development of human subjectivity, the necessity of recognition of the unity “individual-world” as a reflection of real situation. The specifics of intuition of the flow as a universal metaphor for the consciousness were analyzed. The link between Heidegger’s ideas and oriental studies that produce an impact on the contemporary research in the field of the theory of consciousness was presented. There is some proof of universal nature of existential experience that demonstrates the first manifestations of human consciousness. The deep attention is paid to the quantum hypothesis of consciousness according to which the unity “individual-world” that lays in the foundation of existential experience is considered a consequence of literal perception of this unity.
