Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the qualitative and quantitative content of vocational qualification compliance specialists with higher education to meet the needs of the economy of Ukraine. It focuses on the possibility of receiving government regulation and the quality of training students in the field, depending on the degree of priority industries, including mechanical engineering. On the example of Public Joint Stock Company «Starokramatorsky Engineering Plant» it shows how a vocational qualification structure defines the coefficient professional qualification match.
