The problem of regulating the management of natural resources in the Republic of Moldova

Summary/Abstract: The current approach to environmental resource management is outdated and fragile. The forms and ways of regulating the acts that allow the exploitation of natural resources by natural or legal persons have many shortcomings and tend to worsen the ecological situation as a whole. The need to improve the tools for the exploitation of natural resources is vital for the efficiency of the use of natural resources as well as the facilitation of a healthy environment. The paper proposes the conceptual bases for the standardization of acts that allow the exploitation of natural resources. Principles and forms of the acts that will build the new concept of property over natural resources are being built.
