Summary/Abstract: The given article presents the results of the study on the evolution of group violations of public order during demonstrations and the methods of improving the crisis situation. The evolution of group violations of public order is described. The circumstances in which peaceful demonstrations can be transformed into violent ones are formulated, indications that characterize the given transformation process, the influence of the number of people who join the meeting. The tense conditions of the situation are described, in which the manifestation can be difficult to control. The stages of transition from peaceful to violent demonstrations are presented. Conditions for the occurrence and tension of conflict situations are described, as well as the requirements of the participants that may be the following: economic, political, social, religious. The methods for improving crisis situations and the principles of involving public order forces are presented, as well as the main directions of communication in order to avoid tensions and violence, which may occur during public demonstrations. Proposals regarding the improvement and development of the public order system are formulated.
