Higher Education in Ukraine: Position of Employers

Summary/Abstract: In conditions of the development of the market relations and integration into the European space the influence on the labour market amplifies, demands the quality of higher education, its standards in the form of change of demand for these or those experts, specifications of their competence. The extent of the development of the labour market influences directly the processes happening in the society. Thus the relations on the labour market are not limited only by the act of purchase and sale, they mention everything that is connected with the system of social partnership and protection, education, vocational training and retraining of personnel, with the management of employment at the enterprises, at regional and state levels. On the modern labour market there is rather slow development of partner communications between the establishment of professional education and employers. The supply and demand imbalance on the labour market accrues.
