Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to identify and demonstrate the company size impact on the employee’s career satisfaction. A quantitative research was done, a questionnaire was a technique of data collection. The satisfaction was rated on a seven-point scale. A descriptive data characteristics was done and 7 working hypotheses were tested at α = 0.05 by using variance analysis and chi-square test. The employees were satisfied most with co-workers and with interest what made them work. However, they were satisfied with the management style the least. The effect of a company size on 6 career success criteria except for the income satisfaction was proven. The bigger the company was, the rate of satisfaction decreased or reached the neutral values.
