Reflections on the subject of crime of disclosure of the state secret: submission to the Constitutional Court for the purpose of verifying the constitutional correspondence of some legal provisions

Summary/Abstract: The legal system of any state ensures the protection of classified information in the fields that present its legitimate interests (national defense and security, economy, science and technology, external relations, etc.), because the unauthorized disclosure of such information is to cause considerable damage to national capabilities and/or security.In the content of this article, some reflections on the subject of the crime of disclosure of state secrets were addressed, as well as the judicial practice regarding the referral to the Constitutional Court in order to verify the constitutionality of some provisions of the law regarding state secrets.
