Summary/Abstract: This paper focuses on the explanation of the term „Alternative Dispute Resolution“ in the European Union and in the Czech Republic. The first part of this paper is the discription of the Alternative Dispute Resolutions process in the Czech Republic. The other part of this paper is aimed at the awareness evaluation and the possible experience of the Alterantive Dispute Resolution. Two methods of the marketing research were used in this part of the paper – the questionnaire survey and the regulated deep interview.
