Summary/Abstract: Education based on the moral basis is the foundation of social, democratic development, human, humanistic fulfilling of the mission of man. Humanity is in Masaryk as well as in Comenius considered to be a relation category, this is a specific term. In both cases, it is seen as a positive phenomenon and it is completely opposed to the selfish egoism. It is humanity without a background of hatred and enmity. In both cases, this concept could be understood as the forgiveness of humanity and dedication. The opposite is true. Positive humanism is effective with its vigorousness, in its effort to help someone and something. It is a social category which is the foundation of human coexistence and the new thinking and wise management of human affairs.
