Stav rodovej rovnosti na súdoch v Trenčianskom kraji
State of Gender Equality in Courts of Trenčín Region

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the work was to obtain information of knowledge, attitudes and opinions of employees of district courts in Trenčín region concerning gender equality, and respect for its violation. Statistical data on the age structure of staff and workers and judges we have obtained on the basis of information from various courts. The research method we used was a questionnaire with 80 respondents. The return of the questionnaire was 75 %, respectively 50 women and 10 men answered, all of them were employees of the courts regardless of their position.
