Summary/Abstract: This article stems from the results of the project of the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions - ISCOS that studies the globalization and its impact upon the employees. The Confederation of Trade Unions of the Slovak Republic and its representatives perceive the globalization and its impact upon the employees from the point of dignified work, especially the key aspects of realistic strategy related to the advantages of competitiveness in relation to the declaration Millennium 2000 on the dignified work.
