Summary/Abstract: It is not new at all now when an educational institution or a university uses new, modern forms of education, including e-learning. A lot of institutions implement e-learning without teaching tutors in advance to use it in the right way. Thus it can happen that teachers reject such a kind of tuition and do not use it meaningfully. Therefore it is better to use a method of voluntary acceptance.
