Summary/Abstract: The concretization of a valid vision, the effective resolution of impediments, as well as the provision of a prompt and appropriate response to all the challenges faced by the current system of professional training of civil servants with special status and carabineers within the MIA, indisputably imposes a logical approach and individuality of each challenge, expressed through the firm and immediate taking of rigorous decisions, recorded in the strict record of an official, programmatic and coherent framework, where there is no room for dilettantism, reluctance, equivocal interpretations, formalism and bureaucracy.
