Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the problem of formation of infrastructure of cooperation in the sphere of higher education with the aim of increasing the efficiency of management, equilibrium and demand for graduates, correspondence of specialists’ qualification and competence characteristics. The authors offer to realize the process of attraction of the funds, necessary for higher education system financing by creation and development of a refined system of interaction of higher educational institutions and enterprises-employers interested in specialists meeting their requirements and possessing the necessary knowledge and skills.
