Summary/Abstract: During the last decades new scientific disciplines and methods dealing with entrepreneurial process management have been developed. There are mentioned topics such as the process management, process oriented organization or just entrepreneurial processes very often. A firm, in which this kind of research ran, is Zeelandia Ltd. This is a Czech-Dutch firm dealing with development, production and sale of additives and materials for food industry. This article is aimed at the analysis of entrepreneurial processes of the chosen company and the development of such processes in 2002-2006.
