Summary/Abstract: The main goal of the contribution is to make general public acquainted with results of international Leonardo da Vinci Project „Education for Sustainability and Environment for Retail“. The project was focused on the importance of corporate social responsibility and environmental management and established operating principles for implementing this theory into education activities of institutions from six European countries involved in the project. New e-learning modules oriented to sustainability and environment in retail were created and tested. Project´s added value is the best practice collection from all of partners’retail businesses. New partners and cooperation with Zentrale fűr Berufsbildung im Einzelhandel in Berlin enable lecturers of department business and finance of VŠTE in České Budějovice to follow up their education activities and implement modules as an optional part of the study programme.
