Measuring of Traffic Congestion Costs

Summary/Abstract: The solution of problems with traffic congestion and its costs requires primarily cost accounting, its identification, determination of reference level of traffic flow and findings of other parameters. The paper deals with basic problems i. e. the definition and the measuring of average, marginal costs and determination reference level of traffic flow. The research is a part of the dissertation and the internal grant.
