Summary/Abstract: In consideration of rising competition in the modern globalized world the way of gaining, development and usage of the information and knowledge in organizations becomes one of the prior advantages in competition. Thus they get a form of knowledge driven organizations. The knowledge management creates the essential part of optimally controlled process effectiveness as one of the prime conditions of the quality in health and social services.
